Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of our "made to order" products, and how quickly we begin working on each order, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations passed the 12 hour mark. If 12 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to cancel or refund your order.
Rush orders and rush fees are nonrefundable past the 1-hour mark. Please note that your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please message us so that we can do our best to help!
Damages are rare, but are sometimes unavoidable due to postal service handling. In any event of a damaged order, please send us photos of the item damage and the shipping box condition within 7 days of receipt. This is the only way we can make a claim with the postal provider and offer the best customer service possible.
